• Express payment: you can complete your purchase instantly with Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay or other fast methods, without the need to register.

• If you register: you will have access to the benefits of our Plastic Books community, with exclusive discounts, rewards, and easier tracking of your orders.

• Spain (peninsula): 1-3 working days with Correos or SEUR.
• Balearic Islands: 2-5 working days with Correos.
• Canary Islands: 5-10 working days with Correos.
• European Union: 2-5 working days with UPS.
• Rest of the world: 5-15 working days, subject to customs. Duties may apply, which are the customer's responsibility. You will receive a tracking number by email. More details on our shipping page.

All orders include a tracking number. We will send you an email with the number and the link to track your order once it has been processed. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

• Release dates are estimated; we will notify you by email if they change.
• Once available, we will ship your order with tracking.
• You can cancel before shipping according to our return policy.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at Plastic Books. If for any reason this is not the case, you have the right to return your order.

In accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007):

• Deadline: you have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request the return, provided the product is in its original condition (unused and with its packaging intact).
• How to do it: Write to us at contact@plasticbooks.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the instructions to make the shipment. Once the product is received and checked, we will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method.
• Return costs: are borne by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or an error was made on our part.
• Customer responsibility: you are responsible for any decrease in the product’s value if it has been handled more than necessary to check its condition or operation.

❌ We cannot accept returns of:

• Unsealed CDs, vinyls, or DVDs, due to copyright regulations (art. 103.d, Law 3/2014).
• Personalized books (dedications, adaptations, etc.) (art. 103.c).
• Digital content (music, eBooks, or downloadable audiobooks) once the download has started and the loss of the right of withdrawal has been accepted (art. 103.m).

Send us clear photos of the damage and the packaging to contact@plastic-books.com. We will evaluate the case and arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, as appropriate.

• You must be over 18 years old and provide the requested information (name, email, etc.).
• We use certified platforms and document the raffles with recordings.
• We notify the winners via social media; you have 30 days to claim your prize.
• Data is managed according to the GDPR and deleted within 90 days. More details in our legal terms.
