Synopsis
Year 5540 of the Andean calendar. Noa flees her native Guayaquil with her best friend, Nicole, to attend the Solar Noise, a large popular festival that for eight days and seven nights gathers thousands of young people — musicians, dancers, poets, and shamans — at the foot of an Andean volcano.
Families and urban violence are far behind. Before them opens a hallucinatory landscape that vibrates to the rhythm of music and volcanic eruptions, under a sky crossed by meteorites.
